Job Description

A Local family ran manufacturing facility is currently seeking a dedicated Industrial Maintenance Manager. As an Industrial Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of maintenance operations, ensuring the efficient upkeep of our facilities.
Duties:
  • Manage and supervise maintenance staff, delegating tasks and ensuring work is completed in a timely manner
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities & production equipment to identify and resolve issues promptly
  • Apply mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment and machinery
  • Implement maintenance management best practices to streamline operations
  • Fabricate parts or components as needed for repairs
  • Communicate effectively in English with team members and external contractors
  • Handle high voltage equipment safely and efficiently
Skills:
  • Proven experience in maintenance management or a related field
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting various production equipments including converyor systems, pneumatics, etc.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair various systems
  • Expertise in PLCs and other various electrical components
  • Ability to fabricate parts or components when necessary
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Familiarity with working on high voltage equipment
