Job Title: Quality Control Process Leader
Location: Ravena, NY
Salary: $30 hourly
Seeking a Quality Control Process Leader to oversee quality assurance and quality control programs across manufacturing operations. This role connects production processes to the Quality Management System, ensuring consistent product quality, compliance, and performance across all manufacturing platforms.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and maintain QA/QC programs to ensure all products meet production, regulatory, and brand specifications
• Audit internal and external manufacturing facilities and enforce quality protocols and compliance standards
• Oversee testing programs, documentation, certifications, and third-party compliance requirements
• Partner with production and operations teams to investigate issues, implement improvements, and train personnel

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, chemistry, geology, or a related technical field
• 2+ years of experience in a concrete manufacturing facility or accredited lab with supervisory responsibility
• Strong working knowledge of QA/QC systems, testing procedures, and regulatory compliance
• Experience with color measurement tools (spectrophotometer or colorimeter) and strong computer proficiency
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, chemistry, geology, or a related technical field
• 2+ years of experience in a concrete manufacturing facility or accredited lab with supervisory responsibility
• Strong working knowledge of QA/QC systems, testing procedures, and regulatory compliance
