Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor (2nd Shift)
Location: Montgomery, NY
Salary: $70,000 to $85,000 annually

Seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations, ensure inventory accuracy, and drive team performance in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for a motivated leader who thrives on organization, efficiency, and team development. Start time between 2pm and 5pm for an eight hour shift; Tuesday through Saturday or Sunday through Thursday.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, shipping, and inventory control
  • Lead, coach, and supervise warehouse staff to ensure productivity, quality, and safety standards are met
  • Monitor inventory accuracy, conduct audits, and ensure proper documentation and reporting
  • Coordinate workflow, assign tasks, and collaborate with customer service to resolve operational issues
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience and 3 years of supervisory experience
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage operations, maintain safety standards, and ensure accurate reporting
