Job Description

Job Title: Spray Dry Operator
Location: Middletown, NY
Salary: $20 to $23 hourly ($2 shift differential)

Seeking a reliable Production Operator to support dry blending and spray drying operations. This role is critical to ensuring product quality, regulatory compliance, and efficient production in a fast-paced, GMP-regulated environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Weigh and verify ingredients accurately while preparing and operating spray drying and dry blending equipment
  • Clean, sanitize, assemble equipment, and stage materials and finished products for production runs
  • Maintain detailed production records including operating data, lot tracking, inventory, and weights
  • Ensure compliance with SOP, GMP, HACCP, SQF, and safety standards while maintaining a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including standing, bending, and reaching
  • Basic math skills including unit conversions; ability to read and follow instructions, labels, and safety documentation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to work independently in a regulated manufacturing environment; forklift certification required
