Job Description

Job Title: Material Handler

Seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Material Handler to support production and shipping operations. The ideal candidate will assist in packaging finished products, handling raw materials, monitoring mixing processes, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. This role includes cross-training in equipment cleaning and requires the ability to follow written procedures accurately.

Responsibilities:
  • Package finished products per customer specifications, label and seal correctly
  • Inspect and select appropriate shipping containers based on written instructions
  • Clean equipment, pumps, and utensils according to SSOPs and GMP guidelines
  • Monitor mixing process and submit quality control samples with proper documentation
  • Rotate stock and replenish materials in production and compounding areas
  • Follow GMP, HACCP, allergen, ISO 9001:2015, EFfCI, SQF, and safety protocols
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, food, chemical, or pharmaceutical environment preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures
  • Basic computer and record-keeping skills
