Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Warwick, NY
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Salary: $22 – $24 hourly

We’re looking for a friendly, organized Customer Service Representative to join our team.  It is customer service-focused, handling a higher call volume in a call center-style environment.

This position focuses on helping customers with:
  • Taking new orders
  • Scheduling installations
  • Assisting with account payments
Ideal Candidate:
  • Previous call center or customer service experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and dependable
