Job Title: Director of Information Technology and Health Systems
Location: Middletown, NY (On-Site)
Salary: $125,000 annually

Seeking Director of Information Technology and Health Systems to lead enterprise IT infrastructure, healthcare technology platforms, cybersecurity, and EHR systems. This senior-level role supports operational excellence, compliance, and innovation across a nonprofit healthcare environment. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute IT strategy aligned with organizational goals, compliance requirements, and care delivery needs
  • Oversee IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, endpoints, backup systems, cloud environments, and cybersecurity
  • Lead EHR administration, integration, data integrity, interoperability, and clinical systems support
  • Manage IT governance, vendor relationships, technology risk, disaster recovery, and business continuity efforts

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, or a related field
  • 8+ years of progressive IT experience, including hands-on infrastructure management
  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing enterprise IT operations, technical teams, and EHR systems
  • Experience with EHR platforms such as Netsmart, NextGen, or Epic; knowledge of HIPAA, healthcare IT security standards, cloud systems, cybersecurity, backup systems, patch management, and vendor management preferred
