We’re seeking a skilled Human Resources Manager to oversee both retail and corporate employees, ensuring seamless operations and a thriving workplace.Key Responsibilities:
  • Employee Oversight: Lead and support a diverse workforce across retail branches and corporate operations.
  • Payroll Expertise: Manage payroll processes, including vendor coordination and year-end activities.
  • Benefits Administration: Oversee open enrollment and vendor evaluations while maintaining strong vendor relations.
  • 401(k) Management: Administer and support the company’s retirement plan offerings.
  • Compliance & Processes: Ensure adherence to HR laws and processes, fostering a culture of compliance and excellence.
  • Technology Integration: Leverage technology to streamline HR operations, with Paylocity experience being a major advantage.

  • SHRM Certification: Required.
  • Technological Proficiency: Adept at using HRIS systems and other tools to enhance efficiency.
  • Knowledgeable & Detail-Oriented: Strong understanding of HR laws, processes, and best practices.
