HR Benefits Specialist- Fallsburg area $50-60/k

Role Overview:
We’re seeking an HR Benefits Specialist to manage and administer employee benefits, ensuring compliance and a positive employee experience. You’ll serve as the main contact for benefits programs, vendors, and staff questions.

What You’ll Do:
  • Administer health, dental, vision, retirement, and leave programs
  • Maintain benefits records and process enrollments, changes, and terminations
  • Ensure compliance with ACA, ERISA, and HIPAA
  • Reconcile invoices and support HR initiatives
  • Handle employee inquiries with professionalism and care
What You’ll Bring:
  • Bachelor’s in HR or related field, or 3 years’ HR benefits experience
  • Strong knowledge of benefits laws and HRIS (UKG preferred)
  • Excellent communication, organization, and confidentiality
