Job Title: Human Resources Administrator

Seeking a Human Resources Administrator to support daily HR operations and maintain accurate employee records. This role offers part-time hours with strong potential for full-time growth and is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling confidential information.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain employee personnel files, attendance records, and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality
• Provide administrative support including email management, document organization, and HR communications
• Convert and manage paper documents into electronic files and update internal systems such as the intranet
• Assist with employee inquiries, handbook updates, and general HR lifecycle support

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; HR certification a plus
• 1–3 years of administrative experience, preferably in an HR environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with HRIS systems such as Paylocity
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with a commitment to confidentiality
