Help Desk Opening – Level 1–2 Support
Full-Time, Contract | M–F, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | On-Site

An established team with decades of experience is seeking a reliable, tech-savvy professional to join their Help Desk. You'll support phones, DSL, legacy fiber, and VOIP—fielding up to 40 calls/emails on a busy day.
Must be comfortable troubleshooting and communicating clearly. Prior support experience is a plus, but attitude and eagerness to learn count just as much.
Pay depending upon experience $22-$24 per hour
