Job Title: Head of EV Charging - Brand and Growth
Location: Brooklyn, NY
Salary: $150,000 annually

Seeking a hands-on operator–marketer hybrid to build and scale an EV charging brand from zero to credible market presence. This role spans brand, strategy, execution, and partnerships, with direct responsibility for positioning, growth, and monetization.

Responsibilities:
  • Build and own the EV charging brand identity, narrative, and market positioning across all channels while defining clear differentiation within the EV ecosystem
  • Design and execute go-to-market and growth strategies across multifamily, commercial, industrial, retail, and public charging use cases
  • Work closely with operations to translate EV charging economics, incentives, and site realities into credible commercial messaging and real-world execution
  • Drive content, partnerships, digital presence, and vendor management to establish industry credibility and generate qualified demand

Qualifications:
  • 5–10+ years of experience in EV charging, clean energy, or infrastructure with deep understanding of charging economics and stakeholders
  • Proven experience launching or scaling a B2B infrastructure or energy-related brand
  • Ability to translate technical, regulatory, and operational details into clear, compelling market-facing messaging
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with developers, utilities, property owners, engineers, and external vendors
