- Travel from home to job sites across assigned territory
- Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems
- Start-up, commissioning, and performance optimization of HVAC equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant issues
- Perform preventive maintenance and system upgrades
- Ensure safety and code compliance on all job sites
- Deliver excellent service and communication with clients
- Valid MA Burner License or in the process of obtaining one
- EPA Certification required
- Burner experience required; AC experience a plus
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals
