Job Description

Job Title: HVAC Technician – Multi-State Install Team
Location: Delaware Valley Branch (Doylestown, PA + parts of NJ)
Pay: $25–$35 hourly, depending on experience

Hiring HVAC Technicians for Delaware Valley branch, serving Doylestown, PA and surrounding areas of New Jersey. This role is focused on installation projects, with regular regional travel between job sites.

Responsibilities:
  • Install HVAC systems—primarily mini splits—for residential/light commercial clients
  • Travel to multiple job sites across PA and NJ
  • Ensure high-quality, code-compliant installations
Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of HVAC experience or trade school training
  • Mini split experience is a strong plus
  • Comfortable with regional travel
  • Valid driver’s license required
