HR CoordinatorJob Summary:
The HR Coordinator supports HR functions such as employee relations, benefits administration, and recruitment. This role requires excellent organizational skills and confidentiality.Key Responsibilities:
  • First point of contact for HR inquiries
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and orientation
  • Manage employee records and benefits administration
  • Process terminations and notify COBRA vendor
  • Develop and implement HR policies
  • Prepare HR reports and presentations
  • Coordinate training sessions and workshops
  • Resolve employee relations issues and conduct investigations
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws
  • Administer bonus and incentive programs
  • Monitor work permissions for non-citizen employees
  • Manage performance review processes
  • Approve changes/status in HRIS (UKG)
  • Assist with payroll and HR projects
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred; 5+ years of HR experience acceptable
  • Experience with HR databases and HRIS systems (UKG preferred)
  • Knowledge of HR processes, labor law, and best practices
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle data confidentially
