Food Service Supervisor

Scope of Position:
  • Be responsible for overseeing daily meal service of breakfast and lunch 
  • Ensure service standards are met according to regulations 
  • Report to the Project Manager regarding all operations of the kitchen 
  • Be responsible for scheduling, timesheets, cash handling, and sanitation
  • Work with the food management software
  • Supervise food handling, preparation, and storage 
  • Maintain a neat and orderly kitchen with the highest standards of safety and cleanliness
 Qualifications: 
  • 3+ years food service supervisory experience 
  • A current ServSafe certification
  • Good human relations with the ability to communicate in a courteous manner
  • Experience with working with individuals in a supported employment services setting to promote job skills and economic self-sufficiency a huge plus
  • Bilingual English and Spanish speaking is a plus
