MATRIMONIAL LITIGATION ATTORNEY 

SEEKING an attorney with a minimum of three to five years of practice experience to join a progressive and growing firm. 
  • Ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in contested and uncontested divorces, custody and support cases.
  • Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to drafting motions, conducting depositions, appearance at court conferences and trials, along with ability to manage a file from start to finish.
Candidate must have ability to build rapport with clients maintaining excellent client relations and work in a collaborative atmosphere. Candidate must have excellent writing and courtroom skills along with outstanding negotiation skills.
