FACILITIES MECHANIC (HVAC)

Our client a Medical Device Manufacturer is seeking a Facilities Mechanic (HVAC) for there Corporate headquarters.  This is a newly created role to join an existing maintenance team.  The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing HVAC systems to ensure optimal functionality as well as overall facilities responsibilities.   Other general facilities responsibilities will apply. They offer a comprehensive Benefit plan. and long term stability. 

Responsibilities:
  • Build and design HVAC systems based on schematics.
  • Repair and maintain HVAC equipment to ensure proper functioning.
  • Drive company van to various job sites for installations and repairs.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with refrigeration systems.
  • Perform property maintenance tasks related to HVAC systems.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an HVAC Mechanic or similar role.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics.
  • Must have a Refrigeration license
  • Black Seal Boiler license a PLUS
  • Knowledge of equipment repair and maintenance techniques.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Certification in HVAC required.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • General facilities maintenance and upgrades.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30- $32.00 per hour
