- Lease Management: Negotiate, read, and interpret office leases for both existing and new locations.
- Site Oversight: Regularly travel to office locations and potential new spaces, ensuring operational efficiency. This includes managing the logistics of opening new office spaces in various locations, some requiring long-distance travel.
- Team Leadership: Supervise the maintenance team, providing guidance, managing workloads, and, when necessary, handling disciplinary actions to ensure smooth operations.
- Vendor Coordination: Work closely with networking vendors and operations partners to ensure all technical and operational needs are met.
- Office Expansion: Support the company’s growth by assisting with the expansion into new locations, leveraging prior experience in opening and managing multiple sites.
- Must reside within a 30-minute commute of Dolson
- Proven experience in negotiating, reading, and interpreting leases
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed
- Experience overseeing teams, preferably in a maintenance or operations setting
- Strong executive assistant background with experience in interfacing with operations and vendors
- Prior experience in office expansions or working with property management
- Ability to adapt and tailor responsibilities based on company needs and the candidate’s strengths
