Salary: $18 to $20 hourly
Schedule: 40 to 50 hours weekly; standard hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, but hours will vary based on event schedules.

We are seeking reliable, hardworking Crew Members to assist with the setup and breakdown of tents and event equipment. This is a physical, hands-on position with no prior experience required. Immediate openings available for approximately 2 months, through October. Weekend availability preferred, with overtime opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Travel with the installation crew to event locations for setup and breakdown.
- Install and remove tents, dance floors, stages, lighting, and other event equipment.
- Load, unload, carry, and organize equipment and materials.
- Perform physically demanding outdoor labor while working as part of a crew.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform repetitive, labor-intensive work and heavy lifting.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse; crew members will not be required to drive company vehicles.
- Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working varying hours based on event schedules.
- Weekend availability strongly preferred; overtime is available.
