Job Opportunity: Entry-Level Staff Accountant (Temp-to-Perm)Are you an aspiring accounting professional looking for an opportunity to grow within a company that values long-term development? We are seeking a Staff Accountant with 1-2 years of experience who is eager to learn and advance within the organization. This is a potential temp-to-perm role, where the right candidate can prove their abilities and become a key part of the company's succession planning strategy.Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
  • Process payments, daily deposits, and bank transactions.
  • Handle agency billing, invoicing, and direct bill commission postings.
  • Reconcile accounts and allocate expenses accurately.
  • Prepare financial reports and journal entries.
  • Maintain accuracy in bookkeeping tasks and assist with month-end closing.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • 1-2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience (internships considered).
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (preferred but not required).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
