Salary: $110,000 annually

A growing manufacturing company is seeking a hands-on Quality Engineer to support production, ensure audit readiness, and drive continuous improvement. This is a high-impact role with strong visibility, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to grow into leadership.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain quality plans, systems, and documentation to meet internal, customer, and regulatory standards
  • Provide hands-on support on the manufacturing floor, resolving real-time quality issues and supporting production teams
  • Perform inspections and utilize measurement tools (calipers, micrometers) to ensure product quality and compliance
  • Lead audits, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions to improve processes and maintain QMS
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Quality Engineer in a manufacturing environment
  • Hands-on inspection experience using calipers and micrometers; strong understanding of measurement techniques
  • Experience with audits, QMS (ISO or similar), and root cause analysis methodologies
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
