Job Title: EDM Machine Operator (Night Shift)
Location: Middletown, NY
Salary: $18 to $22 hourly with 10% shift differential
Schedule: Monday through Thursday | 5:30pm to 5:30am

Seeking EDM Machine Operator for the night shift. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with machining experience who thrives in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor multiple EDM machines, ensuring parts meet specifications and quality standards
• Perform machine setup, job changeovers, minor maintenance, and basic troubleshooting
• Inspect parts using micrometers, gauges, and other tools while maintaining accurate production records
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1–5 years of machining experience preferred
• Ability to read part drawings and use precision measuring instruments accurately
• Understanding of machining processes, ISO standards, and ability to run multiple machines efficiently
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English
