Seeking a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis across multi-entity operations. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role serves as a central strategic partner, delivering actionable insights through rigorous analysis, modeling, and performance reporting in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities:
• Lead enterprise-wide budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across business units and projects
• Develop and maintain financial models, sales reporting, and product-level profitability analysis
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to analyze COGS, overhead, and operating expenses
• Build and manage short- and long-term cash flow forecasts to support strategic decision-making
• Lead enterprise-wide budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across business units and projects
• Develop and maintain financial models, sales reporting, and product-level profitability analysis
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to analyze COGS, overhead, and operating expenses

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required; CPA or MBA strongly preferred
• 5+ years of progressive FP&A or financial management experience in a highly analytical environment
• Advanced Excel skills with hands-on experience in financial modeling and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Business Central, or similar)
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP with proven ability to communicate insights clearly and proactively
