Job Title: Director of Brand & Marketing Strategy
Location: Las Vegas, NV
Salary: $100,000 to $120,000 base, depending on experience, and up to 20% annual bonus

Company Overview: An immersive, high-energy adult-focused playground designed for social competition with oversized physical games, interactive challenges, and team-based competitions, all paired with a full bar and nightclub-like atmosphere.

We are seeking a senior, marketing-led leader to define and scale brand strategy for a rapidly growing experiential entertainment company. This role focuses on brand positioning, demand generation, and strategic partnerships that drive sustained awareness, traffic, and loyalty across multiple markets.

Responsibilities:
  • Own and evolve brand strategy, messaging, and market positioning while ensuring consistency across all channels and locations
  • Develop data-driven growth and demand strategies across digital marketing, customer journeys, and performance measurement
  • Architect and manage high-impact local partnerships with tourism boards, hospitality groups, and community organizations
  • Partner with executive leadership and sales to align brand strategy with revenue goals and scalable growth initiatives
Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in brand strategy, marketing leadership, or growth marketing
  • Background in consumer brands, entertainment, hospitality, or lifestyle-driven experiences
  • Proven ability to build strategic frameworks and translate them into repeatable execution
  • Strong analytical, storytelling, and executive communication skills
