In addition to recruiting, this role involves the ongoing management and improvement of our internship/ Co-Op and participation in campus recruiting events nationwide.Responsibilities:Recruitment Focus:
- Lead the recruitment process for both internship and full-time roles, including sourcing candidates, managing job postings, and conducting interviews.
- Utilize CRM systems and other recruiting tools to track applicants, manage candidate pipelines, and ensure a seamless hiring process.
- Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to meet the organization's talent needs, leveraging both traditional and virtual recruiting methods.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Travel to colleges and universities across the country to recruit interns and explore top academic programs.
- Organize and attend virtual and in-person career fairs, recruitment events, and information sessions to promote the internship program and full-time opportunities.
- Manage the internship program's day-to-day operations, including onboarding, orientation, and intern progress monitoring.
- Develop marketing strategies to enhance the visibility of the internship program and establish the company as an employer of choice among students and graduates.
- Maintain relationships with campus career services, faculty, and student organizations to support ongoing recruitment efforts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities, including intern and candidate applications, placements, and performance evaluations.
- Prepare regular reports on recruitment outcomes, program successes, and areas for improvement.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with internal policies, industry standards, and accreditation requirements.
- Continuously evaluate and refine recruitment strategies and internship program operations to ensure they align with organizational goals and industry best practices.
- Solicit feedback from candidates, interns, and stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Implement new tools, technologies, and processes to streamline recruitment and program management activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- 4+ years' experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role, with a strong emphasis on campus recruiting and ATS/CRM management.
- Proven track record in managing the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles, including internships and full-time positions.
- Strong marketing and relationship-building skills, with experience in developing and executing promotional strategies for recruitment.
- Proficiency in virtual recruitment platforms, CRMs, and internet-based tools for candidate sourcing.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, travel frequently, and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse groups and build relationships across various campuses.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time as required by the role.
