Job Description

Client Services Associate, FT, Hybrid ( possibly) $18-20+/HR ( D.O.E.)
Specific Duties:
• Responsible for receiving visitors, incoming calls & emails, and managing calendars.
• Process financial services transactions, securities movement, and document organizing.
• Update and maintain CRM details & workflows, documenting all activities.
• Create Power Point presentations and printed marketing materials.
• Social media postings, coordinating with marketing vendor.
• Coordinate and negotiate with various vendors as needed.
• Arrange logistics for staff functions, training, and travel.
• Required to attend various network functions & training courses as requested.
• May involve some travel (i.e. NYC/Boston/Florida).• Opportunity for career advancement is encouraged.
