Job Title: Customer Service Associate
Location: Stony Point, NY
Salary: $50,000 annually

Seeking a Customer Service Associate to support the Inside Sales team by handling customer inquiries, processing order information, assisting with sample orders, and providing excellent service to representatives and customers. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who is organized, professional, and eager to grow within a well-established manufacturing company. 

Responsibilities:

• Answer general sales calls and emails regarding order status, warranty questions, tracking information, and customer service needs.
• Process Return Material Authorization requests, Sales Order Acknowledgments, sample orders, Quick Ship Orders, and order expedite requests.
• Assist the Inside Sales team with maintaining accurate customer, order, and sales information in the company MRP/CRM system.
• Attend daily sales meetings and collaborate with Inside Sales Coordinators, Regional Sales Managers, and Sales leadership to support customer needs.

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of related customer service, sales support, or administrative experience preferred; bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment while providing professional and responsive customer service.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn company MRP/CRM systems.
