Seeking a friendly, proactive Customer Service & Trade Show Specialist to join a growing team. This hybrid role combines customer support with sales and brand representation—perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships and being hands-on at events.

Responsibilities:
  • Be the go-to contact for customer inquiries with prompt, professional support
  • Build strong customer relationships and help identify sales opportunities
  • Represent the brand at trade shows (setup, breakdown, and live demos)
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years in customer service or inside sales, ideally with a product-based company
  • Excellent communication skills and a warm, professional demeanor
  • Willingness to travel and confidence representing products in person
  • Experience with trade shows or events is a plus
