Customer Relations/ExportAs a Customer Relations / Import and Export Account Representative you will have the opportunity to be the first point of contact for our customer.Facilitate shipments crossing international borders. You will be involved in projects dealing with the highest level of business operations across multiple lines of business, five global divisions (Metal,  Auto, Wood, Industry, and Construction) and corporate functions.Communicate with business partners regarding estimated delivery times, causes for delays, tracking of lost orders and updating in general.Oversee all exporting and importing aspects of finished goods from the warehouse or other manufacturers to various destinations (i.e. warehouses, direct to customer, both domestically and/or internationally).The position requires strong organizational skills, action-oriented decision making, and   ability to work accurately with detailed data.
  • Key items are order processing, maintenance, and communication with B2B clients
  • MUST HAVE hands on experience in SAP and extremely proficient in Excel.
This is a HYBRID contract role with the possibility of becoming long term.
