Job Description
Customer Care SpecialistMust be BI-LINGUAL (English/Spanish).Start Date: ASAPLength of Assignment: Temp to HirePay Range: $17-$19/hrHours: Full-time. Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm.
QUALIFICATIONS: • Associate Degree, preferred or equivalent experience.
• Two years of experience of customer service work.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Outstanding customer service skills with strong client focus.
• Excellent communication skills; both written and oral.
• High regard for accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work independently on assigned tasks and assist with team projects when needed.
- This employee is responsible for acting as liaison between the agency’s system of care, program recipients and Direct Support Professionals
- Outreach to individuals who newly enrolled into the program within 2 weeks of enrollment to check in on service provision/ progress.
- Outreach to new Direct Support Professionals who recently began working for an individual enrolled in the program within 2 weeks of onboarding to check in.
- Translating for Spanish speaking customers.
Conduct consumer satisfaction surveys for individuals being served, twice a year. - Enter and maintain accurate data for New Consumers and New Direct Support Professionals in database
- Review weekly the Statewide Medicaid data base for Consumers who might be hospitalized.
- Povide technical assistance and troubleshooting to consumers who are
struggling to use their hours. - Maintain a person-centered relationship with consumers by staying in contact and making dure they are utilizing all there
- Assist the Intake Specialist.
- Stay in contact with current staff/ Direct Support Professionals to see if they are interested in additional hours and taking on new consumers

- Familiarity with Foothold and/ or Medisked a plus.
