Join our Customer Care team as a Customer Care Specialist I, contributing to improving patient outcomes by providing top-notch support to healthcare professionals, educators, and organizations using cutting-edge medical simulation solutions.Responsibilities:

• Professionally manage customer inquiries and ensure prompt resolution
• Gather and fulfill customer needs, document interactions
• Provide high-quality service in billing, print orders, and web support
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues over the phone
• Evaluate and drive process improvements for customer satisfaction
• Coordinate and implement solutions for customers
• Manage orders and post-order issues
• Maintain customer relationships and manage account data
• Utilize product knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Collaborate with various departments through the Customer Journey

Requirements:

• Minimum of two years' customer service experience
• Strong multitasking and attention to detail
• Flexible to work shifts from 8am to 8pm with occasional Saturdays
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable with Microsoft Suite and CRM tools
• Home internet access required for remote operation
• Experience with purchasing systems desired
