Job Title: Coordinator of Operations
Location: Middletown, NY
Salary: $72,000 to $75,000 annually

Seeking a Coordinator of Operations to support the daily oversight of assigned program operations. This role helps ensure high-quality, person-centered services, regulatory compliance, safe and efficient site operations, and strong support for program staff and leadership.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations across assigned Day Services programs, including site visits, staffing support, staff performance follow-up, and guidance to program leadership and direct support teams.
  • Ensure programs maintain the highest standards of health, safety, compliance, and person-centered service delivery in accordance with agency policies and OPWDD regulations.
  • Monitor facility cleanliness, maintenance, safety standards, documentation, training records, audits, investigations, budgets, staffing patterns, and overall operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, families, advocates, and external providers to support individualized plans, communication, service quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field required.
  • Minimum of seven years of managerial experience required, preferably supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Strong knowledge of OPWDD regulations, person-centered services, compliance standards, and nonprofit disability services.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic record systems; valid New York State Driver’s License preferred.
