Job Title: Consumer Loan Processor
Location: Youngsville, NY
Salary: $20 to $24 hourly, depending on experience

Seeking Consumer Loan Processor to support consumer lending operations from application through closing. This role is ideal for someone with banking experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage documentation, communication, and compliance requirements in a fast-paced environment. 

Responsibilities:

• Process and support consumer loan and mortgage applications by gathering required information, verifying documents, and maintaining complete credit files.
• Prepare correspondence, payment estimates, amortization schedules, disclosures, and closing documentation using document preparation software.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient workflow, support loan servicing and origination functions, and assist with closing requirements.
• Maintain compliance with internal policies and banking regulations, including support for HMDA/CRA review, SAFE Act registration requirements, and risk management procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or related education preferred.
• At least 1 year of banking experience required; lending experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, along with strong math, typing, communication, and report-writing skills.
• Knowledge of consumer lending processes, loan documentation, and regulatory compliance preferred.
