Seeking a highly organized Construction Office Scheduler for industry leader in basement waterproofing and crawl space encapsulation. This role serves as the central point of coordination for customers and production teams, ensuring smooth, accurate, and timely project execution.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate all logistical and administrative aspects of construction projects
  • Schedule installations and maintain clear, ongoing communication with customers
  • Review and organize contracts, pre-installation details, and job documentation
  • Maintain accurate customer records and support production managers as needed
Qualifications
  • Experience in logistics, administration, or customer service
  • Strong communication and client-service mindset
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to navigate software systems
