Job Description

Job Title:  HVAC Technician – Install & Service
Location: Albany, NY
Salary: $25–$35 hourly, depending on experience

Hiring HVAC Technicians to support residential and light commercial projects in the Albany area. This role includes a mix of installation (70%) and service work (30%)—ideal for techs with early field experience or recent HVAC training.

Responsibilities:
  • Install and service HVAC systems, primarily mini splits
  • Work with clients to ensure systems run efficiently and reliably
  • Maintain tools, vehicles, and job site safety
Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of HVAC experience or equivalent training
  • Service experience preferred
  • Mini split experience is a plus
  • Valid driver’s license required
