Job Title: Compound Supervisor
Location: Near Chester, NY
Salary: $65,000 to $85,000 annually

Seeking Compound Supervisor to oversee daily material handling operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on leading teams, improving processes, and driving operational excellence while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and lead a team of up to 20 production and material handling employees while ensuring production schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met.
  • Oversee compounding, inventory management, material movement, and warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory control, proper material handling, and compliance with cGMP, SQF, ISO, EFfCI, and other regulatory standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on manufacturing efficiency, process optimization, safety, inventory accuracy, and first-time-right production.
  • Coordinate with planning, warehouse, and receiving teams to maintain inventory levels, meet production deadlines, approve employee timekeeping, and support daily operational needs.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required; college coursework or degree preferred, with previous manufacturing leadership or supervisory experience in a production environment.
  • Strong knowledge of cGMP, OSHA regulations, inventory control, material handling, and continuous improvement principles; forklift certification required.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to train, coach, and motivate employees.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work in an active manufacturing environment, and perform standing, walking, bending, and other physical duties throughout the shift.
  • Ability to read and write in English is required
