Seeking a Compliance Manager to oversee and execute affordable housing compliance across a multi-property portfolio, supporting the Senior Director of Compliance and ensuring consistent adherence to all regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day compliance operations for LIHTC, HUD, HOME, Section 8, and local programs across assigned properties
• Conduct file audits, income and rent limit verifications, and recertification reviews to ensure ongoing eligibility
• Prepare for and support external agency audits and inspections, including documentation and corrective actions
• Train and support site teams on compliance procedures, application processing, and regulatory requirements

• 3–5+ years of affordable housing compliance experience with LIHTC, HUD, HOME, and Section 8 programs
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local affordable housing regulations and audit standards
• Experience conducting compliance audits and managing reporting requirements
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Yardi or similar property management compliance software
• 3–5+ years of affordable housing compliance experience with LIHTC, HUD, HOME, and Section 8 programs
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local affordable housing regulations and audit standards
• Experience conducting compliance audits and managing reporting requirements
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Yardi or similar property management compliance software
