Compensation AnalystSupport, analyze and develop compensation programs, pay structures, and competitive pay practices, and provide day-to-day compensation maintenance, expertise, and support, to the organization.Must have: compensation experience with solid knowledge of an understanding in a large, multi divisional organizationPrefered: PHR/SPHR Certification,  Associates in HR/Data Analytics
Salary: $80,500-94,500/k
