Our client is looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Training and Employee Engagement Specialist. This individual will support our multiple locations throughout 4 states. 
What You’ll DoCulture and Employee Engagement
  • Champion a workplace culture rooted in empathy, integrity, and teamwork.
  • Lead team-building activities, employee recognition programs, and morale-boosting events.
  • Act as a culture ambassador, fostering positive interactions and continuous improvement through feedback initiatives.
Training and Development
  • Design and manage comprehensive training programs for new and existing employees.
  • Develop engaging content like presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules.
  • Deliver impactful sessions on disaster restoration, safety protocols, customer service, and more.
  • Measure training effectiveness to ensure meaningful employee growth.
Compliance and Safety
  • Align training programs with industry standards, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with safety teams to ensure adherence to protocols and reduce workplace risks.
Collaboration and Communication
  • Work closely with department heads to ensure training supports organizational goals.
  • Communicate updates and training progress to staff and leadership.
  • Provide insights and reports to senior management to drive continuous improvement.
What You’ll BringQualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3-5 years of experience in training and employee engagement, preferably in construction, or related industries.
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver training programs using diverse methodologies.
Skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training tools.
