Job Description
The Commercial Relationship Manager- Serving the Hudson ValleyIn this role the candidate will be responisible for building and maintaining long-term business relationships to drive sales growth in commercial markets. This role involves acquiring new clients and managing existing partnerships with facility directors, property managers, executives, and industry leaders across sectors such as real estate, hospitality, healthcare, education, and government.
Key Responsibilities:
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.Skills: Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Experience:
Work Environment & Travel:
- Office-based with visits to residential and commercial sites.
- Some travel may be required.
- Flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends.
This role requires a professional appearance, strong marketing and customer service skills, and the ability to pass a background check. Duties may change as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a portfolio of commercial clients for disaster response and environmental services.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers and industry professionals.
- Oversee the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Conduct in-person meetings and offer tailored solutions.
- Maintain communication with internal teams and external clients.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and prepare performance reports.
- Identify new business opportunities and attend industry networking events.
- Deliver presentations to potential clients and industry groups.
- Supervise subcontractors, trade staff, and vendor relationships.
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.Skills: Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Experience:
- 2+ years in B2B sales, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
- Experience in commercial real estate, healthcare, hospitality, or education.
- Project management in insurance restoration.
- IICRC certifications in Water, Fire, and Mold restoration.
- MUST HAVE AN Existing book of business.
