We are seeking a Clinical Technology Specialist to support our Ultrasound business unit in exceeding growth targets across the United States.
Position Summary: As a Clinical Technology Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert clinical applications support for ultrasound systems. Collaborate closely with Direct Sales Representatives, Marketing, and Engineering teams to deliver exceptional pre-sale presentations, field demonstrations, and post-sale support.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct high-level pre-sale presentations and field demonstrations of ultrasound systems alongside Direct Sales Managers.
  • Provide in-depth product knowledge and superior presentations of ultrasound systems to support Direct Sales activities.
  • Train and support North America ultrasound sales representatives on clinical applications and system features.
  • Plan and execute field installations of ultrasound systems sold through direct channels.
  • Support post-sale customer installations, clinical follow-ups, and system upgrades per warranty agreements.
  • Prepare and submit timely field demonstration reports and installation reports.
  • Represent the company at National and Regional trade shows to showcase ultrasound technology.
  • Collaborate with Technical Support and R&D teams to enhance field installations and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in the development of advertisements, sales tools, and customer support materials.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of clinical experience as a sonographer.
  • Certifications: RDMS required; RVT, RDCS certifications a plus.
  • Education: Baccalaureate preferred; clinical or technical background required.
  • Preferred: Prior commercial experience and familiarity with medical device sales.
