Job Description
Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to lead our team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, management, and business development. The Branch Manager will oversee all aspects of the branch, including sales, customer service, operations, and profitability. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and execute plans to achieve business objectives while fostering a positive and productive work environment.Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth, improve profitability, and increase customer satisfaction
- Supervise and manage a team of sales representatives, customer service representatives, and operations staff
- Provide leadership and mentorship to ensure the team is motivated, trained, and equipped to meet sales and customer service targets
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to optimize efficiency and productivity
- Manage and control branch expenses, including labor, inventory, and marketing costs
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and vendors to drive business development and growth
- Oversee the management of projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Monitor and report on sales performance, profit margins, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the branch is meeting its goals
- Identify opportunities to improve sales and customer service processes and implement changes to drive growth and profitability
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Experience with strategic planning and process improvement
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
- Proficiency in sales and customer service software and technology
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience with project management is an asset
