Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned Branch Administrator & Security Officer to lead branch operations, ensure policy compliance, manage facilities, and oversee physical security for all bank locations. This role is vital in supporting smooth, secure, and efficient operations across our network.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations at all branch locations, ensuring adherence to bank policies and procedures
  • Act as the main point of contact for branch operational support, training, and guidance
  • Conduct regular branch visits, reviews, and staff coaching to ensure high service levels
  • Lead security efforts: oversee alarm/video systems, coordinate safety training, and respond to incidents
  • Handle facilities management: maintenance, renovations, branch openings/closings, and vendor coordination
  • Maintain and improve operational processes and documentation
  • Represent security program to the Board and participate in industry security networks
Requirements:
  • College degree or 10+ years of banking operations and security experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Proven ability to train, coach, and support remote teams
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Technologically proficient with core banking systems and facility tools
Preferred Qualifications:
  • College degree and 15+ years of experience in bank operations and security management
Work Environment:
  • Fast-paced with regular travel to branch locations
  • Flexibility for occasional extended hours, including evenings or weekends
  • Moderate noise level, high interaction with staff and vendors
