Biller
Location: Middletown, NY On-Site.
Pay Rate: $22.00+ D.E.O.
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM
  • Completes and reviews transactions for accuracy, problem-solves independently, and assists others.
  • Posts transactions, reconciles accounts, and resolves outstanding issues.
  • Maintains and updates vendor/employee profiles and corrects information as needed.
  • Tracks and reports transactions for managerial reports and assists with reconciliations.
  • Applies basic accounting concepts for audits and trains others.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and database software; creates spreadsheets/databases.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling special projects.
  • Works independently and in a team, assisting and training as needed.
  • Communicates effectively with staff and leadership.
  • Identifies transaction variances for expense/revenue monitoring.
  • Maintains documentation and filing.
  • Provides backup support for other Finance unit roles.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience.
  • Proficient in Excel and strong computer skills.
  • Excellent organization and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Education:
  • High school diploma.
