Bilingual Intake SpecialistLocations: Newburgh, NY & Middletown, NYPay: $19/hourJob Type: Full-timeHours: Monday - Friday, 8:45am - 5:15pmResponsibilities:
  • Answer and screen potential client calls
  • Conduct client interviews and signups
  • Draft correspondence and documentation
  • Provide helpful resources if a case is not viable
Qualifications:
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Compassionate and professional demeanor
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Adobe
