We are seeking a Branch Service Manager to lead our Cortlandt branch. This role is responsible for overseeing all branch operations, ensuring superior client service, managing staff, and maintaining compliance with bank policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily branch operations and administrative functions.
- Lead, coach, and develop branch staff, including recruiting and interviewing candidates.
- Ensure high-quality service for all clients, including Private Bank and Orange Wealth Management clients.
- Maintain branch product knowledge and promote cross-selling opportunities.
- Conduct regular staff meetings and monitor employee-client interactions.
- Oversee audits, internal controls, and mortgage loan origination.
- Uphold the bank’s culture, security, and equipment standards.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma required; College degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years banking experience and 3 years management experience; 8 years banking and 5 years management experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information and operate under pressure.
- Proficiency with banking systems, office software, and standard office equipment.
Work Environment:
- Primarily performed in a branch office with occasional external business activities
