Personal Injury Attorney (Plaintiff-Side)
  • Manage personal injury cases from intake through trial or settlement
  • Conduct client interviews, depositions, mediations, and court appearances
  • Handle discovery, draft pleadings and motions, and negotiate settlements
  • Work in a high-volume, client-facing environment with significant autonomy
  • Strong trial prep and litigation experience preferred
