Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Facilities Project Manager to support our Facilities Management team on a part-time, temporary basis. The ideal candidate will assist with multiple aspects of project planning and execution, including design coordination, budgeting, renovations, and installation oversight. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support planning and coordination of facility projects.
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and ensure milestones are met.
  • Monitor budgets, cost estimates, and support financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies.

Qualifications:
  • Experience or education in Facilities Management, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic project tracking tools.
