Job Title: Office Assistant
Location: Middletown, NY
Salary: $17 to $19 hourly, depending on experience
Seeking Office Assistant to support daily office and operational functions to ensure smooth company processes and exceptional customer service. Reporting to the Quality Manager, this role provides front-desk, clerical, and administrative support in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
Manage reception duties, including greeting visitors, answering phones, and directing inquiries
Prepare, type, scan, file, and audit documents and records in accordance with company and quality standards
Coordinate meetings, reports, office supplies, and interdepartmental communications
Enter and maintain accurate data, job files, and administrative records; support accounting and safety tasks as needed
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; 1–2 years of administrative or receptionist experience
Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to manage confidential information
Reliable, professional, and able to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
